About the role
Responsible for managing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of multifamily communities, ensuring resident satisfaction and property upkeep.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations including maintenance, security, and resident services.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Oversee property maintenance and ensure timely repairs are made.
- Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and management team.
- Handle tenant issues and complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily management or similar field.
- Proven ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
