Community Manager

Summary

The Community Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and performance of the property. Additional duties include hiring, training, and developing a competent team; managing daily operations; collecting rents; ensuring resident insurance compliance; implementing marketing plans; overseeing contractor performance; ensuring safety protocols; identifying and addressing potential risks; and reading, following, and implementing company and employee handbooks.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years as a Community Manager of 200+ units
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent sales skills
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals
• Knowledge of operations software used at the property level (Outlook, Internet software, Excel, Word)
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables

Salary and Benefits

Annual salary range: $80,000 - $90,000
