Responsibilities
- Provides input into the development of budget(s) for the property.
- Maintains targeted revenues by setting rent rates, collecting and posting rent and fees, managing petty cash, and preparing financial status reports.
- Approves invoices and manages vendor relationships.
- Oversees lease enforcement, including approving applications, renewals, inspections, evictions, and late fees.
- Promotes resident satisfaction and retention through timely responses to complaints and service issues.
- Supervises property staff and ensures compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience managing apartment communities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Specialized Skills
- All required licenses and certifications as per State and Local jurisdictions.
- Proficiency in property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
- Management and supervisory skills to hire, lead, and evaluate team members.
Travel/Physical Demands
- Frequent exposure to outside elements.
- Push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 20 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
- Routine, local travel may be required.
Salary and Benefits
Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000
Additional Compensation: Quarterly or annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
