Community Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and actively engage with online communities across priority markets and regions, fostering authentic conversations and building strong, authentic brand affinity.
• Support the creation and expansion of brand-specific community channels in partnership with leadership, helping to shape online presence across emerging social platforms.
• Track conversations, sentiment, and emerging trends to inform engagement tactics and guide overall community strategy.
• Represent client in community interactions through timely, thoughtful, and authentic responses that align with brand tone and values. Simultaneously, identify and engage with authentic brand advocates to further amplify the message.
• Partner with marketing, communications, and brand teams to ensure alignment on messaging, campaigns, and community initiatives.
• Proactively surface new ways to deepen engagement, expand reach, and connect with target audiences across digital communities.
• Analyze community performance metrics and translate findings into actionable recommendations to continuously optimize engagement strategies. Input into weekly performance updates to leadership.

Mandatory Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media, specifically in community management. Reddit community management is preferred
• Experience with social media platforms like Discord, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok
• The ability to be onsite
