Community Manager

About the role

Brookside is seeking a Community Manager with experience in USDA housing to oversee two small apartment communities: Beckwith Apartments (24 homes) and Stoner Creek Apartments (48 homes).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for both communities
• Ensure compliance with USDA requirements
• Oversee leasing, marketing, collections, and resident relations
• Supervise office and maintenance staff
• Conduct property inspections and manage budgets

Requirements

• USDA property management experience required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years in multifamily management
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office; Entrata experience a plus
