Community Living Instructor (CLI) Part-Time Caregiver for Individuals with Disabilities Schedule: 2 days per week, 2 hours per morning shift A Bright Future, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dependable Community Living Instructor (CLI) to provide one-on-one support to an individual with developmental and intellectual disabilities in Castro Valley. This is a very part-time position ideal for someone looking to supplement their income while making a meaningful impact. Position Overview As a CLI, you will provide direct support and teach independent living skills in the participant's home and community. Your goal is to promote independence, safety, and confidence through personalized care and encouragement. Responsibilities Support an individual with disabilities in learning to drive safely along his designated routeProvide guidance and verbal prompts to help the individual develop driving skills and build confidenceReinforce safe driving practices, traffic laws, road awareness, and route familiarityEncourage independence while providing appropriate supervision and support throughout the driving practice Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferredDrug screeningDOJ fingerprint clearanceNegative TB testCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)Compassionate, reliable, and committed to supporting individuals with disabilities No experience required.
