As a Community Life Coordinator, you'll create meaningful, person-centered experiences that enrich the daily lives of residents living with memory loss. You'll plan and lead engaging programs, activities, and outings that support cognitive, emotional, physical, and social well-being while fostering a calm, welcoming, and supportive environment. You'll build meaningful connections with residents, tailoring activities to their interests, abilities, and life experiences. Working closely with caregivers, nursing staff, families, and other team members, you'll help ensure programming promotes dignity, purpose, comfort, and engagement.
