Role Overview
Seeking a motivated and compassionate Community Liaison to build strong healthcare relationships and promote hospice services.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners
- Promote hospice services through regular community and facility visits
- Increase referrals and support census growth targets
- Educate healthcare professionals on hospice care options and benefits
- Guide patients and families through hospice enrollment with empathy and clarity
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to strengthen service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (relevant experience may substitute)
- Minimum 2 Years Of Healthcare Sales/marketing Experience Required
- Hospice or palliative care marketing experience preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance required
