Community Liaison (Hospice Sales)

Responsibilities

• Promote Lighthouse Hospice's unique program and services in the community.
• Grow Lighthouse Hospice's census.
• Act as a positive reflection of our hospice program.
• Build strong relationships with referral sources, physicians, and other community partners.
• Increase preference for hospice services.
• Serve as a key player in ensuring patients receive the care they deserve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare required.
• Hospice/palliative marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Skilled at establishing/maintaining working relationships with key staff, marketing contracts, and clinical staff.
• Proven ability to generate and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts including physicians, healthcare professionals, and community agencies.
