About the role
Our Community Liaison team drives revenue for the organization. This field-based position covers the Lexington, Ridgeland, Orangeburg, West Columbia market, and surrounding areas. You will work as part of a 25-person team that thrives on collaboration and spirited competition to achieve collective goals.
Responsibilities
- Call on hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and continuing-care campuses to connect with Social Workers, discharge planners, case managers, and administrative staff to promote designated service lines.
- Provide strategic solutions, explain programs, readiness, and differentiators to earn trust and respect in a competitive landscape.
- Create solid weekly plans and set up meetings with case management and leadership to highlight our strengths and capabilities.
- Collaborate with branch or centralized operational teams, clinical staff, and internal sales team members to ensure an exceptional early consumer experience and efficient delivery of care.
- Utilize provided tools to promote the company’s reputation in the market.
Requirements

- Previous experience driving growth in the healthcare field as part of a sales or community relations team.
- Previous sales/community relations experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care facility strongly preferred.
- Experience with client acquisitions preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with other disciplines.

A rock-solid sales background in a similar platform (e.g., hospice, home care, home health, assisted living) is ideal, but we prioritize your ability to sell effectively.
