Community Liaison/ Community Relations Manager

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners
• Attend networking events, health fairs, and community outreach programs
• Represent FirstLight Home Care throughout the community
• Aid in marketing campaigns and referral development
• Track activities and relationships using our CRM system
• Help increase awareness of our services and generate new client referrals

Requirements

• Recent graduates or professionals early in their career
• Degrees in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Relations, or related fields preferred
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicator
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable meeting new people and building relationships
• Passionate about helping seniors and families in our community
