About the role

The Community Lead will be responsible for driving engagement and fostering a positive community environment within the Viera studio. They will oversee community events, manage communication channels, and ensure that all members feel supported and valued.

• Oversee and organize community events to enhance member engagement

• Facilitate open forums and discussions to address concerns and gather feedback
• Ensure all members feel supported and valued through regular check-ins and support

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience managing digital communication platforms
• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive community environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Psychology, Sociology)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with social media management tools
