Community Justice Therapist

Larimer County Community Corrections is looking for a skilled therapist to join our dynamic team of professionals. The Community Justice Therapist will work within our residential and outpatient addictions, mental health, and criminogenic treatment programming with a population that is serving a criminal justice sentence. Our treatment programs consist of men’s and women’s 90-day Intensive Residential Treatment (IRT), 21-day Strategic Individualized Remediation Treatment (STIRT), and Residential Dual Diagnosis Treatment (RDDT). We are seeking a compassionate, flexible, and purpose-driven individual dedicated to supporting a resilient population through their journey and as they navigate the stages of change. Larimer County Community Corrections is an approved Colorado Health Service Corps (CHSC) site. Schedule
To support the operational needs of a 7-day program, this position offers flexible schedule options. Shift assignments may include Monday through Friday (with two evening shifts), Sunday through Thursday, or Tuesday through Saturday during typical business hours. Schedules may occasionally fluctuate to accommodate evolving program needs and mandatory reporting requirements.
