Community Involvement Coordinator

Key Accountabilities

• Support community engagement initiatives and outreach programs.
• Aid in external communications and corporate messaging.
• Support permitting and regulatory communication efforts.
• Cook up company participation in community events, sponsorships, and volunteer initiatives.
• Track community investments and engagement metrics.
• Maintain awareness of local issues that could impact company operations.

Critical Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, local officials, and nonprofit partners.
• Cook up volunteer events, charitable initiatives, and corporate social responsibility programs.
• Draft presentations, newsletters, press materials, employee communications, and community updates.
• Aid in public meetings, community advisory groups, and local outreach efforts.
• Cook up event logistics, vendors, budgets, promotional materials, and communications for community events open to employees.
• Maintain stakeholder databases and communication records.
• Ensure communications and events align with UNACEM branding and company values.

• Successful execution of community engagement initiatives.
