What You’ll Do
- Lead Link to Feed Implementation and Use: 40%
- Supervise 2-3 Community Insights Team members
- Ensure the safe, dignified, and respectful treatment of neighbor data
- Manage expectations and acquire buy-in for Link2Feed
- Implement and track results across two or three distribution centers
- Coordinate training of FBR team members
- Oversee the creation and publishing of training materials and communication tools
- Maintain partner utilization for consistency and accuracy
- Research Requests and Analytics: 30%
- Manage and execute projects such as surveys, interviews, focus groups
- Write reports and briefs of findings for leadership and department colleagues
- Support data quality assurance efforts
- Data Requests Management: 30%
- Supervise data analysts’ understanding of data requests
- Develop deliverables to data requests from internal sources
- Support grant writing efforts
- Instills Trust: Ensures the safe, dignified, and respectful treatment of neighbor data
- Collaborates: Partners across departments and with Hunger Relief Partners
- Customer-Centric Focus: Helps Food Bank of the Rockies understand who the food bank serves and where
- Ensures Accountability: Takes ownership of project managing data requests and key reporting deliverables
- Demonstrates Core Competencies: Instills trust, collaborates, focuses on customers, ensures accountability

- Knowledge of food banking research
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online technologies
- Experience in analytics, data, or research related fields
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Previous experience working in non-profits preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- Using office equipment such as a computer, mouse, keyboard, printer
- Shared office environment; outdoor work environment / occasionally
- Occasional travel within the service area including to Western Slope and Wyoming distribution centers

$85,000 - $90,000 Annually, with 6% annual bonus eligibility
