About the role
The Senior Process Manager for Atlantic Union Bank’s Community Impact Office oversees CRA and Fair Lending processes, reporting, and controls across various lines of business.
Responsibilities
- Manage CRA and Fair Lending processes and reporting.
- Supervise coordinators on the Community Impact team.
- Conduct self-assessments and manage flash reports.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Run LOB management system/standups.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive action plans on problems/concerns.
- Create monthly, quarterly, and annual PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership teams.
- Collaborate with internal analysts for reports and forecasts.
- Engage with internal and external community members.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of CRA experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- Prior management experience (preferred).
- Preferred experience with Kadince.
Skills
- Working knowledge and comprehension of CRA regulations and Fair Lending regulatory process.
- Problem solving and root cause analysis experience.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead diverse groups in an ambiguous environment.
- Strong analytical, process improvement, and conceptual skills.
- Risk management experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, including Executive Management.
