Community Housing Associate Director

About the role

The Community Housing Associate Director oversees the day-to-day operations of a housing program, ensuring that all residents are provided with safe, affordable, and supportive living environments. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of community needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of housing units
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with housing regulations
• Manage a team of housing staff and volunteers
• Engage with residents to address their needs and concerns
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and resources

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, public policy)
• At least 5 years of experience in housing management or related field
• Proven ability to manage teams and projects
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working with diverse populations

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
