About the role
The Community Housing Associate Director oversees the day-to-day operations of a housing program, ensuring that all residents are provided with safe, affordable, and supportive living environments. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of community needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of housing units
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with housing regulations
- Manage a team of housing staff and volunteers
- Engage with residents to address their needs and concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and resources
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, public policy)
- At least 5 years of experience in housing management or related field
- Proven ability to manage teams and projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with diverse populations
Qualifications
- Knowledge of housing laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
