Location: West Roxbury, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, plus one Saturday/month (9:00 AM–3:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $48/hour

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day nursing oversight, health monitoring, and clinical support for adult day health participants
- Communicate clearly with participants and families in Spanish (and collaborate with English-speaking internal teams)
- Document accurately and on time in the EMR (Home Care GPS) and maintain compliant clinical records
- Support seniors with memory loss and cognitive challenges with patience and professionalism
- Partner closely with program staff and assist with onboarding/training as needed
- Maintain compliance with DPH regulations and center policies
Requirements
Credentials: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Massachusetts). This site is open to hiring newly licensed RNs and RNs with any amount of experience.
Qualifications
- Professional Spanish fluency (able to communicate comfortably with Spanish-speaking participants/families)
- Experience supporting seniors (adult day health, assisted living, long-term care, home care, etc.)
- Comfort with EMR systems and basic computer skills
- Strong documentation habits and ability to manage time in a structured clinical day
