Community Health Administrative Assistant
Primary Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for residents, family members, medical providers and outside agencies.
- Create and maintain department documents, forms and spreadsheets.
- Provide administrative support to the Community Health Director, Personal Services Manager and department staff.
- Auxiliary with care, taking vital signs and scheduling for resident assistants as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of older adults and their families.
- Knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
- Pass DSHS background check (required).
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.

About the Role
Era Living is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join the Community Health team at University House Issaquah, Issaquah, WA. Shifts will be available Tuesday - Friday, 9:00AM to 5:30PM. Requirements
- A High School diploma or GED certificate (preferred).
- Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Care Aide Certification (required); Registered Nursing Assistant Certification acceptable with proof of graduation from Era Living approved school, a copy of NAR license, and on condition that CNA license is earned within 120 days of hire.
- Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
- Food Handler’s Certificate or able to obtain within 14 days of hire.
