About the role
You must have a valid NY State or out of state driver's license and a HS diploma/GED.
Responsibilities
- Participation in the training and supervision of the individual while incorporating the use of community resources.
- Maintain on-going communication with the Community Habilitation Coordinator and attend scheduled meetings for discussions when necessary.
- Implement and monitor valued outcome goals with the individuals.
Requirements
The pay rate for this position is $19.00-$20.42 per hour, or higher depending on years of experience working in NYS OPWDD programs.
Qualifications
You must have your own vehicle for transporting the person supported when necessary.
