COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST

About the Role

Bring the 7 17 brand to life in the communities we serve! We’re seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to be a highly visible, energetic ambassador for our brand. This hands-on, people-focused role involves representing 7 17 at various events, creating meaningful connections, and promoting our products, services, and community initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Represent 7 17 at community events, including festivals, parades, sporting events, and financial wellness gatherings.
• Engage attendees in conversations about 7 17's products, services, and membership opportunities.
• Create memorable experiences to strengthen brand awareness and connection.
• Participate in street team initiatives, distribute promotional materials, and increase community visibility.
• Support community partnerships and sponsorships by representing 7 17 at sponsored activities.
• Assist with event logistics, setup, teardown, and maintaining event supplies.
• Track event impact, document engagement activities, and provide feedback for improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service, community engagement, hospitality, events, sales, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends regularly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying weather conditions.

No two days are the same! You’ll spend time at community festivals, sponsorship activations, financial wellness events, and more. This role involves being on your feet, interacting with people, and ensuring every event reflects the 7 17 experience. You’ll work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.
