You will be at the heart of real-time conversations for a globally recognized brand during one of its most anticipated and talked-about moments of the year. This approximately two-month assignment offers a unique opportunity to directly shape brand perception, amplify fan engagement, and contribute to a cultural phenomenon, leaving a lasting mark on a highly visible project.
Responsibilities
- Help manage community engagement before, during, and following a major brand event.
- Monitor high volumes of comments, mentions, messages, and fan conversations across social platforms.
- Engage audiences in real time while maintaining an established brand voice.
- Identify exciting user-generated content (UGC) and fan reactions.
- Track trends, sentiment, emerging conversations, and cultural moments.
- Identify opportunities for the brand to authentically engage with its audience.
- Flag sensitive conversations or potential issues for escalation.
- Support social publishing and content operations during peak periods.
- Partner closely with social, content, creative, marketing, and event teams.
- Capture notable audience reactions, trends, and engagement opportunities as conversations unfold.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in community management, social media, social engagement, digital marketing, or social content.
- Hands-on experience engaging audiences through major social platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and emerging social platforms.
- Experience working in fast-paced or high-volume social environments.
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to quickly adopt an established brand voice.
- Strong instincts around internet culture, audience sentiment, and emerging conversations.
- Excellent judgment around what to engage with and what needs to be escalated.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience supporting major events, fashion or entertainment programming, live broadcasts, product launches, or large-scale campaigns.
- Experience sourcing and managing UGC.
- Background supporting fashion, beauty, lifestyle, entertainment, retail, or other consumer brands.
- Familiarity with social listening, community management, and publishing tools.
