About the role
Four Corners Legacy Law is a boutique estate planning law firm serving families in the Capital Region and Northern Hudson Valley. Our team is collaborative, supportive, and dedicated to providing exceptional client experiences. We foster meaningful relationships through workshops, seminars, networking events, sponsorships, and community outreach. We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and results-driven Community Engagement Manager to oversee our community presence, event execution, outreach efforts, and attendance growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own the Four Corners Legacy Law event calendar.
- Coordinate workshops, seminars, webinars, sponsorships, and networking events.
- Manage vendors, venues, supplies, registrations, and logistics.
- Ensure flawless event execution.
- Coordinate setup and breakdown.
- Deliver a 5-star attendee experience.
- Track event performance and attendance metrics.
- Assist in driving event attendance.
- Support registration and confirmation efforts.
- Conduct attendee outreach and reminders.
- Aid in post-event follow-up.
- Support workshop and event attendance goals.
- Build relationships with referral partners and community organizations.
- Attend networking events and community functions.
- Identify speaking opportunities for attorneys.
- Cook up sponsorship opportunities.
- Develop relationships that enhance Four Corners Legacy Law's visibility and reach.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure event information is shared in advance.
- Support event promotion efforts with the Marketing Assistant.
- Capture photos, videos, and testimonials.
- Capture social media opportunities.
- Aid in post-event reporting and content collection.
Requirements
- Event planning or event management experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable attending networking events and community functions.
- Comfortable representing the firm professionally in public settings.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout upstate New York.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and occasional weekends.
Qualifications
- Community outreach experience.
- Business development experience.
- Marketing coordination experience.
- CRM experience (Zoho preferred).
- Eventbrite experience.
- Social media familiarity.
- Experience in legal, financial, insurance, or other professional services industries.
