Community Engagement Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Meet with community staff on a regular basis at designated set of senior living communities.
• Identify a “Curana Champion” within each facility and nurture that relationship.
• Share data and dashboards and highlight areas of opportunity.
• Report back to Clinical Operations leaders on operational issues you are seeing on the ground.
• Cook up and coordinate with facility and Curana Health educational/social events.
• Attend to and act as community liaison between key stakeholders (nursing, sales, wellness, and leadership).
• Be attentive to the needs of the facility and communicate back to the team.

Qualifications

• Absorbed degree or college diploma.
• An outgoing individual who loves interacting with people.
• Prior experience in sales or consulting preferred.
• Experience in the senior living setting strongly preferred.
• Organized and effective communicator.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• A passionate about helping others.
• A highly organized individual.
• A willingness to learn and be a part of something great.
• A willingness and ability to travel, up to 100%.

Pay

USD $80,000.00/Yr. - USD $96,000.00/Yr.
