We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions. Must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting includes compensation details: starting pay range $60k-$65k plus vehicle allowance $750 monthly, quarterly target performance-based bonus, eligibility for annual performance bonuses. Also mentions benefits: medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, mental health services, vacation, sick leave, holidays, parental leave, 401(k), remote friendly hardware, etc. So we can have Benefits section and Pay section. Schedule: mentions expected hours 40 per week, Monday-Friday standard business hours, flexibility, may attend events evenings/weekends. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. We need sections: About the role (maybe "About this role" or "About the role") - we have "About this role" paragraph. Responsibilities: "What you'll do" list. Requirements: "What you bring Requirements" and also "Preferred but not required". Qualifications maybe same as Requirements? Could combine. Skills maybe part of Requirements. But we should follow instruction: use headings for section names like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should include only those with substantive content. Likely we will have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly Qualifications and Skills could be omitted if not distinct. But we could put Requirements covering both required and preferred. We'll not invent sections. We need to preserve all substantive info. Must not repeat job title. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, lived experience encouragement? That is substantive? It's about encouraging applicants with lived experience; that's part of the posting but maybe considered EEO? It's not boilerplate; it's a specific note about lived experience. Should we keep? It's under "Boulder Care recognizes the value that lived experience can provide..." That's substantive. Might be considered part of About us or values. Could include in About the role or a separate section like "About us". But we only have headings list; we could include About the role (already). Could add About us? Not in list but we could still include? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect only those headings. So we should stick to those. So we need to fit content under those headings. We have About us description; could go under About the role? Might be okay to include under About the role heading, as it's about the organization and role. Or we could create a separate About us but not allowed. So we'll put under About the role. Responsibilities: from "What you'll do" bullet points. Requirements: from "What you bring Requirements" plus maybe "Preferred but not required". We'll include both required and preferred under Requirements. Benefits: from "Perks and Benefits" list. Pay: from "Compensation" section. Schedule: from "Work Environment" and "Expected hours of work". We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we capture all details. Let's extract details. But it's substantive. However we have no heading for values; we could incorporate into About the role or Benefits? Probably better to omit as not fitting headings. But instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we omit values, we lose info. But we could include them under About the role as a paragraph. That would preserve. So we can add a paragraph under About the role after the description. Also there is a note about AI in hiring process, lived experience encouragement, equal opportunity statement. Those are substantive but maybe considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The EEO statement is boilerplate; we should remove. The lived experience encouragement maybe not boilerplate but could be considered part of EEO? It's a specific encouragement; but it's still about equal opportunity. Safer to remove? The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. So we should remove the lived experience encouragement and the EEO statement. Also remove "A Note About AI in Our Hiring Process" maybe not boilerplate but could be considered hiring process detail; it's substantive about hiring process. Might keep? It's not EEO. It's about AI usage. Could keep under About the role? Might be considered process detail; but not required headings. Could include under About the role as a note. However it's not about role. Might be considered boilerplate? Not sure. Safer to keep? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and
