We are building a new model of primary care for women 65+ to solve long-standing problems: rushed appointments, long wait times, and care that's generalized rather than specialized towards women’s needs later in life such as post-menopausal care, bone density, weight management, and mental, social and emotional well-being. Our patient-centric Primary Care clinics are dispersed across Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN. We are thrilled to serve the Twin Cities metro and Eagan.

Responsibilities

• Developing and nurturing relationships with insurance sales agents to ensure engagement
• Plans and coordinates events for community outreach (senior centers, marketing sites, churches, etc.)
• Leading clinic-specific targeted outreach campaigns
• Maintains up-to-date weekly production and achieve production goals
• Maintains up-to-date weekly calendar of events
• Tracking/reporting outreach activity, referrals and patient conversion metrics
• Promoting the medical group’s value proposition at open houses, health talks, seminars
• Upholds a strong field presence and builds relationships within the healthcare industry
• Developing and enhancing business-to-business partnerships

Requirements

• Candidates must be located in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area as this is a community-based, on-site role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in sales, business development or customer service facing roles
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with public speaking and engaging diverse audiences
• Proven attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality event execution
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Medicare-eligible populations or managed care organizations
• Established relationships in the Twin Cities senior or healthcare market
• Proven experience in event coordination and management
