Member Duties
- Establish a donor database, documenting policies and processes for donor tracking and engagement.
- Research and assess current donor tracking systems.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data related to students, families, donors, and partners.
- Document and refine processes for maintaining accurate records related to donors, program activities, and student outcomes.
- Expand community outreach efforts by coordinating community engagement initiatives.
- Identify at least ten organizations willing to partner with IHDF.
- Create templates for materials and policies that aid in building relationships.
- Develop a tracking mechanism of organizations providing services.
- Identify and coordinate participation in community events and activities.
