Community Employment Specialist - On Call
Major Responsibilities
- Manage assigned caseload
- Develop, change and track results of the job seeker’s goals
- Match a job seeker’s interests and abilities with available jobs
- Look for new employers and nurture relationships with existing employers
- Conduct an assessment of each job seeker
- Support job seeker in obtaining an interview for identified jobs
- Attend interview if needed
- Support participants currently employed to increase skills, abilities, hours, duties, authority as desired by participant
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Associate's degree and 1 year experience preferred
Pay
The base pay for this position is $22.00/hr. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work. JEVS provides competitive Benefits.

This is an on-call position responsible for providing coverage when regular staff are unavailable, including filling in for scheduled or unscheduled absences as needed.
