Responsibilities

• Work as part of our Community Employment Services team
• Skillfully support individuals with developmental disabilities in preparing for, obtaining, maintaining, and succeeding in employment

Qualifications

• Must be professional and self-motivated
• Passionate about helping others achieve their goals
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Valid driver's license with fewer than 6 points
• At least 21 years old

Work environment & schedule

• Position involves working in Knox and surrounding counties
• Fleet vehicles provided for travel
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule with evenings and weekends required on occasion
