About the role
Support staff are essential in ensuring the smooth operation of Community Education programs. This position is part of the Swim America instructors team.
Responsibilities
- Assist instructors with lesson planning and preparation
- Help manage equipment and facilities
- Support students during lessons
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children
- Ability to swim
- Pass a background check
