About the role

The Community Education Rockwood Thunder Volleyball Team is seeking a dedicated and experienced coach to lead the team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for volleyball and a proven track record in coaching youth teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for the volleyball team
• Manage team logistics including scheduling practices, games, and travel arrangements
• Provide feedback and guidance to players to improve their skills and performance
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure the success of the team
• Attend all team meetings and events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Coaching, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of coaching experience at the youth level
• Experience working with young athletes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of volleyball rules and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
• Passion for community service and education
