Community Education Rockwood Thunder Volleyball Team Assistant Coach

About the role

The Community Education Rockwood Thunder Volleyball Team is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Coach to support the team's development and success.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and execution of volleyball training sessions
• Support the head coach in game strategy and tactics
• Mentor and develop young athletes through coaching and guidance
• Manage team logistics including scheduling practices and games
• Communicate effectively with parents and students regarding team activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Coaching, or related field
• At least 2 years of coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level
• Strong knowledge of volleyball rules and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Qualifications

• Passion for volleyball and a commitment to youth development
• Experience working with diverse groups of students
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay

$10.00 hourly
