The Hamilton, Hot Springs' newest luxury apartment community, is seeking an experienced Community Director to lead its operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Community Director
• A-Class property management experience
• OneSite Property Management software knowledge (Preferred)
• Strong accounting/finance background
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
• Professional appearance and polished communication skills
• Leadership that inspires and energizes others
• A passion for customer service and resident satisfaction
• Ability to lead a team, juggle priorities, and meet goals with confidence

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Represent the company with professionalism and pride
• Lead leasing efforts and oversee all on-site activities
• Manage financials: budgets, payroll, variance reports, and financial planning
• Maintain and enhance resident satisfaction to promote community stability
• Supervise and motivate leasing, maintenance, and administrative teams
• Collaborate with Regional Managers and senior leadership on strategy and performance
• Conduct daily physical inspections of the property
• Ensure compliance with company policies and high-quality standards
• Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Qualifications

• Extensive mobility required (ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and complete physical inspections)
