About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust as a Receptionist within the Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC). As the first point of contact for patients, visitors and colleagues, you will provide a professional, welcoming and efficient reception service while supporting the smooth running of the department. Working as part of a busy team, your duties will include patient check-in, appointment management, handling telephone enquiries, maintaining accurate patient records and supporting patients throughout their diagnostic journey.
