Community Day Program Manager

About the role

The Community Day Program Manager leads and develops programs at the 1:3 Community HUB Program and 1:1 Home and Community Habilitation Services to foster independence among program participants.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations and oversight of the Family Services Department, setting an example of leadership and professionalism
• Proactively supports program development, expansion, and enhancement of services
• Stays informed of new industry developments, approaches, and regulations
• Collaborates with Admissions Team to review new referrals and serve more people
• Hires, trains, and supervises FS Coordinators and FS DSPs
• Oversees schedule of care for families and employees, ensuring quality care
• Maintains program plans based on individual needs, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance
• Fosters development of the Family Services Department through resource location and stakeholder engagement
• Completes monthly reports (KPIs, client hours) as requested by senior leadership
• Oversees data tracking and documentation for accurate billing
• Provides training to employees as needed to ensure quality services
• Reports incidents and concerns related to safety, well-being, and care needs to relevant parties
• Oversees the Incident Management Process and ensures timely reporting
• Participates in on-call rotation to ensure quality care and services
• Attends meetings and trainings related to care and support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or four years of management experience in the IDD services field
• Valid (state of residence) Driver's License and driving approval from Peaceful Living
• PA Certified Investigator Training within one year of hire date
• PA Medication Certification Train the Trainer Course
