Community Concierge & Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Visiting provider and attorney offices
• Educating referral sources on services, pricing model, scheduling process, and systems
• Attending conferences and networking events
• Cooking up booth setup and event materials
• Aiding in outreach efforts
• Supporting marketing initiatives
• Helping manage communication with third-party marketing vendors
• Serving as a key point of contact for referral partners
• Ensuring an exceptional experience for both providers and patients

Qualifications

• Outgoing, professional, organized, and relationship-driven personality
• Comfortable communicating with healthcare professionals and community partners
• Experience in healthcare, provider relations, marketing, hospitality, outreach, or business development is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel between offices and events
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
