Scope and Responsibility
- Greet community members and guests and make them feel welcome and engaged.
- Answer phones and email inquiries.
- Actively manage customer transactions.
- Support facility operations by partnering with local Community Hub leadership to ensure community spaces are clean at all times.
- Anticipate individual's needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock, as needed.
- Ensure front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Conduct hub tours responsive to the needs of prospective customers; sell memberships.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Earned high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and/or holidays, as needed.
- Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bilingual, English/Spanish highly preferred.

Pay
