Community Center Custodian

About the role
Performs a variety of skilled and unskilled tasks in the custodial care and maintenance of the Community Center.
Schedule
- Permanent Part-time
- Thursdays and Fridays, 7:00 am - 1:00 pm
- Every other Saturday from 4:00 pm - Close
- Additional hours to be determined as needed
Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or GED equivalent
- Working knowledge of equipment, materials, and supplies used in building and grounds maintenance
- Working knowledge of equipment and supplies used for minor repairs
- Some knowledge of first aid and applicable safety precautions
- Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule
- Ability to lift heavy objects, walk, and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing
- Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
- Ability to work well with the public and communicate effectively
Pay
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour depending on qualifications.
