About the role
The Community Center Attendant is responsible for greeting and welcoming residents, potential residents, guests, and vendors to the community management office. They also operate the phone lines, provide administrative support, maintain the office, and perform other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Operate the community management center’s phone lines to ensure timely response to all calls from outside.
- Greet and welcome all guests to the center and notify the necessary parties of their arrival.
- Provide general office administrative support including mail services, assisting with leasing materials, supporting LifeWorks events, ordering and stocking office supplies, and ensuring the office is warm and inviting.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community management center.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of office administration experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A basic knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet applications, and general office equipment operation.
- A valid state-issued driver's license and a safe driving record.
