Community Care Coordinator Nurse

OTHRFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Not present. Responsibilities? Duties. Qualifications? Yes. Benefits? Yes (VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package). Pay? Not explicit salary numbers, just "Competitive salary - regular salary increases - potential for performance awards". That is pay info, but it's vague. The rule: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). "Competitive salary - regular salary increases - potential for performance awards" is somewhat vague but still specific? It's not a number but it's a description. Might be acceptable. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine Pay and Benefits? But they want separate sections if content exists. We have Benefits described: Paid Time Off, Retirement, Insurance, Licensure, Work Schedule, Telework, Relocation/Recruitment Incentives, PCS. Those are benefits and schedule. So we could have Benefits section covering all that, and maybe Pay separate if we have salary description. The schedule is also part of benefits but could be separate Schedule section. The rule: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we must not repeat job title as heading. Also we must not include Job ID etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. We need to format duties as
  • . Qualifications as maybe
    • or

. The qualifications text is long; we can break into bullet points for each requirement. But we must preserve all info; we can summarize? No, cannot invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve all substantive information; we can keep as paragraphs but using

      • for list of duties/requirements/benefits. For qualifications, it's a list of requirements; we can make a
        • for each bullet. However the qualifications text includes many sentences; we need to ensure we don't lose any detail. Could convert each sentence into a list item, but that may be too granular but still preserves. However we must not invent or summarize away detail; converting to list items is fine as long as we keep the content. We also have "Preferred Experience" which is part of qualifications? Could be under Qualifications or Requirements. We'll include under Qualifications. We have "VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package:" then details. That's Benefits. Pay: "Competitive salary - regular salary increases - potential for performance awards". That's pay. Schedule: "Full Time - 0800 - 1630 Telework: Ad-Hoc Virtual: This is not a virtual position Relocation/Recruitment Incentives: Not Authorized Permanent Change of Station (PCS): Not Authorized". That's schedule and telework etc. Could be Schedule section. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "not specified". We have specifics. Let's craft HTML:
