About the role
We’re looking for a Community Branch Leader to join our team at Canvas Credit Union. This position is responsible for managing a branch, leading a team, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Exceed member expectations and achieve sales and growth goals.
- Develop and train the branch team in sales and service activities.
- Maintain a high level of operational effectiveness and ensure branch productivity.
- Communicate changes and build teamwork within the branch and throughout the credit union.
- Represent the credit union in the community and build relationships with business partners.
- Manage branch losses and ensure financial losses are within acceptable guidelines.
- Stay informed on industry developments and share knowledge with other branches and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
Requirements
- Exceptional people leadership skills.
- Track record of leading and coaching team to “higher" results.
- Demonstrated success in building strong member relationships and new business development.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of Canvas financial products and services.
- Proven success in advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Ability to maintain confidences and provide guidance.
- Valid Colorado drivers' license and proof of insurance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of two years of financial or sales management experience.
Skills
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Pay
The starting pay range for this position is $69,695.52 - $87,125.55 annually, with final pay rate determined based on experience, education, skills, and internal equity factors.
Schedule
This position is full-time and works in a high-volume, fast-paced, dynamic office environment with some travel.
