About the role
We are seeking a Community Behavioral Health Worker-ACT to join our team in Ross County, OH. Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is dedicated to helping people achieve health and well-being through collaborative, personalized services. We provide a wide range of behavioral health and other services across Southeastern and Central Ohio, working closely with local partners to support healthy communities.
Responsibilities
- Aid individuals in exploring their interests and work goals.
- Conduct vocational assessments, job development, and benefits counseling.
- Coach clients in job placement and ongoing support.
- Educate clients on employment impacts on benefits such as SSI/SSDI, Medicaid, etc.
- Provide behavioral health and case management services in various settings.
- Participate in daily team meetings and treatment planning.
- Document services accurately and promptly according to agency standards and Medicaid guidelines.
- Maintain productivity and fidelity standards as defined by ISBH and DACTS.
- Engage in cross-training, utilization review, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support program expansion into surrounding counties as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health-related field preferred.
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience (behavioral health, employment services, vocational rehabilitation).
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation required for community-based work.
- Demonstrated commitment to recovery principles and cultural humility.
- Knowledge of local community service systems and employer networks.
- Comfortable working in an Internet-based, mobile office environment.
- Able to engage and motivate individuals with complex behavioral health needs.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Qualifications
