Community-Based Youth and Family Therapist (MST)-Master's degree
Exempt, full-time community-based position (40 hours per week). Starting salary: $44,217.00. MST training will be provided.
About the Role
We are looking for compassionate, dedicated therapists in Curry, Roosevelt, Quay County, and surrounding areas who want to empower youth and families by creating strength-based behavior change that will be sustained long after treatment ends. You will receive training in the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model as you work with families, youth, their communities, and other key members of their ecology to implement MST as designed. MST therapists collaborate closely with all involved to address the needs of juveniles at risk for system involvement and/or substance use, empowering families to address challenging behavior and help youth aged 12–17 make life-transforming changes.
