Family Therapist (MST)

About the role

Cadence Care Network has an immediate opening for a Licensed Clinician to provide intensive home-based programming to juvenile justice/child welfare involved youth. Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is an evidence based, intensive, family and community treatment model that focuses on addressing all environmental systems that impact chronic juvenile offenders, their homes and families, schools and teachers, neighborhoods, and friends for Lucas County.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive home-based Multisystemic Therapy (MST) to juvenile justice and child welfare involved youth
• Work with families and youth in non-traditional therapeutic settings (home and community based)
• Maintain a flexible schedule to meet client needs, including evenings and weekends
• Address all environmental systems impacting chronic juvenile offenders: homes, families, schools, teachers, neighborhoods, and peers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy
• Licensed by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist Board as a LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and provision of a vehicle for work purposes
• Desire and ability to work with families and youth in home and community based settings
• Ability to maintain a flexible, non-traditional schedule including evenings and weekends
