HealthcareFull-time

About the role

Washington University Regional Physicians (WURP) is seeking board certified/eligible Neurologists for outstanding opportunities to practice in a community setting with ties to one of the country’s leading academic neurology departments and the largest provider of neurological services in the St. Louis region. Positions are available across community hospital locations in the St. Louis metropolitan area—no split-campus daily travel required. WURP physicians practice independently in a community setting while staying connected to WashU Medicine Neurology, giving you access to all its subspecialties, educational conferences, and professional development opportunities with a voluntary faculty appointment. As a member of the WashU Medicine team, you will enjoy ready access to WashU physicians in all medical and surgical specialties.

The practices are in thriving suburban communities in the St. Louis metro area known for their family-friendly environment, excellent schools, and a variety of recreational activities. The locations offer a high quality of life with convenient access to the cultural and entertainment options of the greater St. Louis metro region (population approximately 3 million). St. Louis is ranked as one of the Top 100 Best Places to Live by U.S. News & World Report and offers an exceptional quality of life with a cost of living well below the national average, combining urban sophistication with Midwestern warmth.

Hospitals are members of BJC HealthCare—the market leader in the St. Louis region—and are supported by WashU Radiology and Emergency Medicine, fostering a highly collaborative culture.
