Key Responsibilities
- Complete diagnostic assessments and develop custom treatment plans focused on individual and family goals.
- Build therapeutic relationships to support recovery and rehabilitative goals.
- Collaborate with community partners, including case managers, medical personnel, and school staff.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or graduate degree in psychology, clinical psychology, counseling psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related fields from an accredited institution.
- Licensure Track: On path to becoming a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
- Availability: Ability to work late afternoons and early evenings to meet clients in home or community settings.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and willingness to travel within the Twin Cities metro.
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication.

Starting Pay
$28 - $33 hourly. Actual compensation may vary as determined by licensure, education, experience, skillset, FT/PT status, and schedule.
