Community Banking Market Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as Team Leader, Coach and Sales Leader for their own Banking Center and a number of additional banking centers in a localized area.
• Oversight of their banking center managers in an assigned market for the administration and efficient operation of those assigned banking centers.
• Profit and loss management, consultative sales processes, client experience oversight, compliance with all operational, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Team member development including hiring, training, and ongoing performance management.
• Acquiring, strengthening, and retaining client relationships.
• Direct client sales and service including account opening, loan applications, service inquiries and transaction processing as needed.
• Maximizing the sales and profitability of the entire banking center.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years banking experience with 2+ years consumer lending experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in the banking or retail industry.
• Licenses/Certifications: must be eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS).
