About the role
The Community Banker creates and develops long-lasting relationships with business owners and centers of influence within ANBTX communities.
Responsibilities
- Calls on clients (existing and new) to develop new business and/or enhance current relationships
- Deepens relationships by cross-selling additional products and services across all lines of businesses
- Develops partnerships internally within other lines of businesses as well as externally, creating strong centers of influence
- Invests in the communities served both in time and knowledge
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent relevant work experience
- 2 years of formal credit training or experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
- Understanding of depository, lending, and treasury management solutions
Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Moderate math and writing skills
- Moderate presentation and follow-up abilities
