Responsibilities

• Create exceptional customer experiences as part of a collaborative team
• Represent FSCB’s values with pride—inside and outside the bank
• Earn customer trust through accurate, efficient transaction processing
• Build and grow relationships with new and existing customers
• Proactively recommend and educate customers on FSCB products that support their financial well-being

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Cash-handling experience preferred
• Sales experience a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• General clerical and office technology skills
• Comfort working with long-standing customers and representing the bank in the community
