About the Role

RealManage, a dynamic and technology-driven HOA management company, is seeking versatile, energetic, and friendly full-time portfolio community association managers. As a community association manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering effective management, guidance, and leadership to a portfolio of community associations, ensuring professional services and an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a professional advisor to the board of directors for each assigned community.
  • Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and regulatory statutes, community documents, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide weekly updates and ongoing reporting to the board on collections, ACC requests, compliance, service requests, and work order activities.
  • Conduct board or annual meetings and create monthly management reports, offering insights into community amenities, progress on initiatives, and recommendations.
  • Assist the board in selecting contractors and insurance carriers to safeguard the community.
  • Manage vendor relationships, oversee the bid process, and ensure contract compliance.
  • Approve payments to vendors providing services to the community association.
  • Develop and submit comprehensive annual budgets, meeting deadlines and aligning with association goals.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to maintain accurate finances, variance reports, and invoice processing, including monitoring aging reports for timely legal action.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, ensuring high-level service, timely concern resolution, and continuous improvement in community services.
  • Regularly attend required monthly manager’s and training meetings.
  • Conduct all business with the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct.
  • Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills to address a variety of situations effectively.
